- Does LicenseSeacher automatically keep track of expiration dates and license statuses?
- Yes. Whether you are using our no-code UI option or our API, we watch for updates to liquor licenses in multiple states so you can keep informed of the latest changes.
- Do you support search by name or address?
- Yes. In addition to search by license number, we can also help you find liquor licenses by searching for your customer or vendor's name and/or address.
- What happens if a customer's license number changes?
- In this case, it would require untracking the old license in our no-code UI and tracking the new license. With the API, you can simply search for the new license number to serve your requests. If the license gets transferred to a different owner, this will also be reflected in your dashboard or in the API, helping you identify if a license has changed ownership.
- Does LicenseSearcher only check active licenses?
- No, we keep track of all liquor licenses, regardless of their status or expiration date.
- I'm a distributor. Can I track licenses for both my customers and vendors?
- Yes, we make it easy to track customer licenses separate from vendor licenses.
- Is there a surcharge for inviting other users to my account?
- Nope. Feel free to invite as many users as you'd like. We also offer the ability to tailor the LicenseSearcher experience if a user on your account is a developer or someone in your accounting department.
